In a new collaborative project with Red Bull, Fnatic has launched Fnatic Crew.
With a fresh approach to content creator support programs, the initiative focuses on assisting UK creators in their journey to productive collaboration.
UK creators kept at the core of Fnatic Crew
Red Bull UK and Fnatic are keeping the UK content creation community at the core of the Fnatic Crew initiative.
Fnatic is increasingly turning its attention to its UK base.
Alongside launching Fnatic Crew, the esports organisation is also hosting Fnatic Clash, where their Valorant team will play on home ground for the first time, on November 9th.
At the November 6th Fnatic Crew launch celebration, held at London’s Red Bull Gaming Sphere, the two gaming titans decisively pushed the message that UK creators both need and deserve support in accessing new networks, partnerships, and opportunities.
In fact, the first Fnatic Crew program will take place at the Red Bull Gaming sphere this December, launching headfirst into actively drawing creators into a collaborative space.

What is the support on offer in the Fnatic Crew program?
Fnatic and Red Bull’s collaboration also aims to ensure that content creators have the resources necessary to grow their personal brand and industry presence.
This practical support includes access to Red Bull facilities, collaboration opportunities, access to product drops, and, for creators who have successfully grown their audience to new heights, active promotion by Fnatic and Red Bull.
To combat more advertising-adjacent creator “crew” programs, Fnatic and Red Bull intend to separate Fnatic Crew from more transactional-style support.
Creators within the program are categorised into Standard, Advanced, and Partner tiers. Each has unique support tailored to the different stages of platform growth.
The Standard tier is designed to support grassroots creators in their early growth stage, whereas the Partner category is focused on the resources needed to maintain a large audience. The Advanced category helps bridge the gap between the two.
Overall, the initiative remains conscious that “every streamer started small.” Hopefully, the program will help uplift the UK content creation scene, with greater recognition of the talent lying within.

Acknowledging the breadth of modern content creation
At the Fnatic Crew launch party, representatives from Fnatic and Red Bull also discussed the rapid diversification of content. Emphasis was placed on the importance of recognising the value lying in different communities.
Fnatic Crew’s 2026 roadmap has already been outlined. Quarterly “Crew days” have been planned to cover audience growth, branding, partnerships, and creative direction across different content types.
Ahead of their 2026 schedule, their December event is specifically planned to target the topic of IRL streaming.
The initiative also recognises the diverse approaches to content, specifically within the gaming scene. From competitive gaming content to storytelling and community amplification, creators have been reassured that their approach is recognised by both Fnatic and Red Bull.
Had a great night down at the Red Bull gaming sphere!

Long-term, sustainable, and focused on growth: Fnatic Crew is playing the long game
Most notable is Fnatic and Red Bull’s emphasis on maintaining a long-term initiative.
The gaming brands intend to provide extensive support to creators. Following and supporting their growth is prioritised over plunging resources into short-term metrics.
Therefore, creators are incentivised to utilise Fnatic Crew’s practical support to reach their stretch goals. Through growth support, they can move across the initiative’s Standard, Advanced, and Partner categories as they advance their brand.
UK esports and gaming communities are often left searching for the necessary support to grow. Fnatic Crew appears to have the potential to open doors for those fighting in a highly competitive industry.
Applications to join Fnatic Crew are live, and UK-based creators are encouraged to apply.
Hopefully, with the support of Fnatic and Red Bull, UK content creators can reach their full potential.
