Red Bull Legends Inn, Apex Legends’ invite-only creator tournament, returns on December 5th, 2025.
Invites to professional players and content creators have been sent. Who will be heading to Chicago, and what is new compared to last year?
Red Bull Legends Inn: location and tournament format
Timothy ‘iiTzTimmy’ An and Phillip ‘ImperialHal’ Dosen are returning as Red Bull Legends Inn hosts. They will bring the top 19 Apex Legends duos to the Godfrey Hotel in Chicago for a series of challenges in the battle to become Legends Inn Champions.
Similar to League of Legends’ Red Bull League of its Own, where Rekkless played alongside Faker at the Paris Accor Arena in 2024, Red Bull Legends Inn’s priority is quality entertainment for esports fans.
Each team competes in their own customised hotel room. When they are eliminated, the lights in the room turn dark. Therefore, spectators can track progress from outside the Godfrey.
In an exciting twist to traditional Apex Legends competition, the nature of the tournament itself is determined by Red Bull’s viewers.

Participating players will need to compete in nine rounds of competition. Their lobby placement in each round determines the number of points they can accumulate. After the nine rounds, the team with the most points emerges as the Champion.
The points distribution per round is as follows:
- 1st place: 12 points
- 2nd place: 9 points
- 3rd place: 7 points
- 4th place: 5 points
- 5th place: 4 points
- 6th-7th place: 3 points
- 8th-9th place: 2 points
- 10th-15th place: 1 point
- 16th-19th place: 0 points
However, each round’s game mode is determined by a vote undertaken by the viewers.
Therefore, players must be ready to compete in any Apex Legends game mode, on any Legend selection. A $25,000 USD (£18,500 GBP) prize pool is up for grabs, and adaptability is the key to the treasure chest.
Thank you to everyone who checked-in to Red Bull Legends Inn!

However, Red Bull Legends Inn is now also open to anyone.
Online Qualifiers are open until October 25th. Players can register to compete, potentially landing them a spot to compete with their favourite pros and creators in December.
If competing feels too daunting, ticket information to join as a spectator will be released soon by Red Bull.
Tickets include access to the I|O Godfrey Rooftop Bar to watch iiTzTimmy and ImperialHal compete live. Alongside this, a ticket grants access to a meet-and-greet with competing players.
With chaos, camaraderie, and competition promised ahead, Red Bull Legends Inn promises to be another smash hit in 2025.
