Who are the British streamers for VCT Game Changers EMEA Stage 2
With GiantX’s streamers Jupi and Tenshi leading the co-streaming line-up, the team has teased Game Changers content on their socials for the tournament.
Tenshi is one of the most recent to join GiantX’s roster of influencers, joining in September of last year.
This comes as part of their efforts to expand their career, speaking to us in an interview, she said, “With GX, they’re going to help me go to a bunch of different events. So, I can expand my cosplay career to more irl stuff and more events where I can show off my cosplay in person and not just on the internet. I’m really excited for that opportunity.”
Meanwhile, Jupi has recently featured on the official TikTok Live UK channel to promote her stream and gaming content.
Further up the road from their Dalston HQ, Fnatic Meg will also be co-streaming the tournament, having first teased in an interview with Esports News UK.
As a prominent figure in the Valorant community, she said, “It’s not just about numbers; it’s about the kind of energy and investment they bring. I think that only good things come from helping a growing space like this.”
Outside of the capital, Irish-based Jack Igoe will also co-stream the tournament, having just recently finished with the VCT EMEA Stage 1 broadcast.
Igoe also runs the production company Burnt Steak Media, which has teased a charity women’s creator tournament set for June 28th.
Also involved is fellow co-streamer BeeChu, who will dip back into the role of Influencer Lead for the event.
VCT Game Changers EMEA Stage 2 Group Stage
GiantX are set to face BLVKHVND in their first match of the tournament later today at 16:00 BST.
The team have promised to take the title this time round, having placed second in Stage 1 and securing a top-three position in every VCT Game Changers EMEA last year.
Their roster features British player Sarah ‘sarah’ Ahmed, who has previously played for the likes of G2 Gozen.
Having recently come fourth at Red Bull Instalock, sarah and GiantX will be looking to bounce back for the tournament.
Game Changers EMEA will also have some Scottish representation with Jade ‘jademwah’ Duffy and Lola ‘fluxxy’ Ainslie competing under SK Nebula and HEROIC Valkyries, respectively.
The winner of VCT Game Changers EMEA Stage 2 will win €15k (~£12.5k) and place themselves in a secure position in Stage 3 and the final rush to VCT Game Changers Champions.
