Streaming platform Soop has unveiled a new initiative allowing select League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) players to co-stream matches starting with the second round of the 2025 season.
Under the agreement, LCK teams with exclusive streaming contracts with Soop can broadcast matches on their own channels.
Reports indicate that prominent organisations such as DRX, Gen.G, T1 and DN Freecs are among those to secure streaming deals with Soop.
This enables players like Lee ‘Faker’ Sang-hyeok (T1), Jung ‘Chovy’ Ji-hoon (Gen.G) and Park ‘Ruler’ Jae-hyuk (DRX) to co-stream live matches – engaging with fans worldwide including in the United Kingdom.
As reported by Esports Insider, Soop’s branding will prominently be featured across LCK broadcasts. Additionally, Soop has partnered with South Korean esports powerhouse T1 to launch Soop Adventure – an interactive fan activation.
Soop users can collect ‘e-Soop Stamps’ by completing various activities, giving them a chance to win prizes, including tickets to the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI), which will take place in Vancouver, Canada, from June 27th to July 12th.
The streaming platform will also host an online activation during the Road to MSI tournament, running from June 13th to 15th, allowing fans to get even more involved in the lead-up to the international showdown.
