British League of Legends pro player Barney ‘Alphari’ Morris has been named amongst the best players of the most recent LEC season.
The Team Vitality top-laner was included in the second-place Kia All-Pro Team of the LEC Summer Season 2022 (pictured above, far left), along with G2 players Jankos, Caps and Targamas, and Rogue’s ADC Comp.
Once again, several LEC experts picked the players they believe stood out most during the regular season, resulting in three top mix teams.
Alphari finished in seventh place with Vitality in the LEC Summer 2022 Season, losing out to Excel who grabbed the playoffs spot in a decider match over Vitality.
In the team of the season votes, not only did Mad Lions hold four of the five first team spots, Rogue and G2 Esports also had players scattered throughout the rankings.
After a commanding start to the season, Mad Lions dominated the names in the first All-Pro team, with four members making the cut. Rejoining the LEC only this Summer, Nisqy took the mid-lane position with Elyoya giving jungle gap a whole new meaning, taking first place by a huge 61 votes. Finally, G2’s Turkish top-laner Broken Blade took the first-place top-laner spot.
Neon and Patrik have also swapped places from the Spring Season, with Neon placing in the third All Pro team with 44 points, finishing four points ahead of Excel Esports’ Patrik.
Vetheo also joins his bot laner Neon after a grueling final week, with 41 points.
