UK Interactive Entertainment (UKIE), the games industry trade body, is set to unveil its whitepaper on eSports at the end of this month.
The whitepaper will be unveiled at an event on Monday November 28th at the Gfinity Arena in London.
Its findings will show ‘how the UK needs to position itself to compete globally in the rapidly growing eSports industry’.
Speakers include Team Dignitas founder Michael “ODEE” O’Dell, Hi-Rez Studios’ VP of European Publishing Veronique Lallier and sponsors supporting the sector. There will also be an eSports exhibition match on the day.
The ‘Future of eSports’ event starts at 4pm and will also include networking.
