XP Tavern is set to be London’s newest gaming lounge, cocktail bar, and entertainment venue.
Offering a gaming-themed venue inside central London, XP Tavern hopes to establish itself as a new hub for London’s esports and gaming communities.
Located at 9 Chaucer Gardens, close to Aldgate East underground station, the venue will officially open its doors to the public tomorrow.

XP Tavern promises to be a new and exciting venue themed around video games for London’s nightlife.
The venue features an impressive selection of gaming zones for both competitive and casual players.
The Hexagon is the main centrepiece of the venue, featuring 15 high-end PCs, designed for LAN parties, tournaments, and community gaming nights.
In addition, a PC Bootcamp Room is available to provide a space for teams to train for upcoming events or competitions.
For casual players, there are console booths to offer a more relaxed gaming experience with food and drink service at hand.
The venue also offers open space for socialising over drinks or board games.
Topping it all off is the bar, which offers original cocktails and mocktails alongside pizzas, sharing plates, and vegan, halal, and vegetarian options.
Founded by Mykyta Slobodskyi and operated by Alisa Oleksiuk, XP Tavern hopes to stand out amongst the crowd of gaming arenas in London.
Both emphasise XP Tavern’s focus on inclusivity and community.
“We built XP Tavern as a space where gamers and non-gamers alike can come together,” said Slobodskyi.
“From casual hangs to hardcore tournaments, we’ve created a space where everyone feels welcome,” Oleksiuk added.

Tonight will be the industry grand opening for XP Tavern ahead of the official opening to the public tomorrow.
Esports News UK will be in attendance alongside representatives from GiantX, Blast, UKIE, Red Bull, National Student Esports, and more.
Demonstrating their eagerness to form connections with the esports industry.
XP Tavern hopes to host more events in the future, such as hosting a meet and greet with British streamer Knightenator.
